Dylan “The Criminal” Seguin
Dylan Seguin has enjoyed the view from podiums at a number of different NCNCA and Idaho races. His troubled racing past includes disqualifications and suspensions – no wolf tattoo on the shoulder yet, though, for this bad-boy of cycling. While it may seem like the NCNCA has put a target on Seguin ’s back, it’s often Seguin who’s the bullet when the races come to a head. He likes slow-paced dinners, long walks on the beach, and lead-outs up the gutter that launch teammates to fast and glorious sprint victories. Dylan spends much of his time crossing the finish line in 12 th-14 th place with both arms in the air. Go ahead, disqualify him, we dare you.
Happily married, Seguin sees himself as the match-maker of the team – putting his team mates in touch with as many podium girls as possible.
“Podium Todd” Paoletti
I’m not feeling great
Why did I start this lone break
Hope that was the bell
Todd Paoletti began racing five years ago after falling into a psychological trap set by his girlfriend. “Start racing and you justify the new road bike,” was the suggestion. However “start racing and lose some weight for crissake” was the subtext. Paoletti, often criticized for being a conspicuous consumer and a sucker for flashy objects, took the bait.
Five years, a few wins, and a few categories later Paoletti still races and continues to exude his motivational “style-first” attitude. He’s driven primarily by a desire to see his friends on the weekends and to score free Clif products from the back of the Truck.
Gutters still frighten him, though with the proper lead-out, gearing, and lucky white socks to match his spanky white shoes, he’ll go up the gutter for the win anytime.
Rich ‘Ullrich’ Snodsmith
Rich Snodsmith has been racing his bike since he was sixteen years old. He still remembers what it was like to race with toe-clips and straps, friction down-tube shifters and a two-and-half pound helmet. Yikes! Here is his Homage to the Actor's Studio Quiz:

Criterium

Leading out a team mate down the gutter for the win.

European Professional Bike Racer - I am a better voyeur!
What's your favorite curse word?
Jackass!
If heaven exists what would you like to hear God say when you arrive at the Pearly Gates?
"Nice race! But...you know...you probably could have won it if you went up the gutter!"
Forrest "Crash" Koenig
Whether it's sliding butt first down a slippery Napa Co road, flying through the air amid downtown SF or simply crashing out twice in one crit, Forrest knows pavement. He prefers the velodrome because, "There are no turns." He may not have a blistering top end speed, but his hind end sure has blisters. He may not have great endurance, but he can slide for an awful long time. Not only can he not climb right up with the leaders, he can't keep it upright. Most notably, Forrest even wrecks his and his team mates' cars while carpooling to races. If you like cycling action for the action, you'll love watching any race with Forrest charging through.
Eric Walle
An avid racer since '00, Eric Walle got his start building sand castles in the dirt infield of the Hellyer Park Velodrome. Although primarily a sprinter, this dashing thirty-something Libra eschews the traditional macho image of cycling's fastmen and instead, sees himself as the team 's nurturer. Whether it's comforting Seguin as he vomits out the side of the van at Madera , flattering Mori by tearing off his bibs with a handlebar, or lending an ear to Snodsmith in the car as he talks incessantly about a stage race in '89, Walle gives his best to help his team mates feel better about themselves.
He can also recite the addresses of every In-n-Out between Oakland and Fresno .
Doran “Skinny Bastard” Mori
Doran Mori is often referred to as the "skinny bastard" by those who can't follow him up long climbs. He had some success in the 2004 racing season as a new Elite 3 with a win at the Mt Tam Hill Climb and a 3rd place finish at the Pescadero Road Race. He supports his team mates in crits by chasing down breaks and sometimes getting in them and then getting caught with 3-4 laps to go. Thus allowing his team mates to start the real lead out train.
His goal in 2005 is to be able to sprint his way out of a wet paper bag.
