Mama used to say that bikes are a lot like cookies. Most cookies are pretty good, unfortunately some are downright nasty, and then there is a small handful that are truly superb. Part of the trick is in finding a cookie that suits you, but the key is in finding the baker who'll make a tasty cookie every time (free of hair in the dough or dead ants in the frosting) and treat you like you're special.
Truth is, those of us at Solano Avenue Cyclery actually prefer bicycles to cookies, and that's not to say we don't like cookies a whole lot. Cookies may taste better than bikes, but bikes are definitely more fun, and if you ride a lot you can guiltlessly eat a hell of a lot of cookies. Come on by to talk bikes or cookies.
